Niki Rein
Niki Rein loves movement, personal growth, fitness and all things wellness. She has pioneered barre fitness in Europe by opening Barrecore, the brand that introduced this dynamic style to the UK and grew into one of Europe’s most celebrated boutique fitness communities.
With a background in athletics, yoga, and the Tracy Anderson Method, Niki developed a results-driven approach that fuses ballet-inspired movement, Pilates, and strength training. Her signature style transforms bodies to be lean, strong, and resilient—while encouraging mindfulness and sustainable nutrition along the way.
Today, Niki channels her energy into mentoring expert barre trainers, consulting for wellness businesses, and coaching anyone eager to make changes in their lives. Her mission is to teach barre fitness with integrity, staying true to its roots, while helping people experience its full, holistic benefits. She’s all about sparking transformation, celebrating movement, and inspiring confidence from the inside out.
Born in Seattle, WA, Niki has built a career in the wellness industry fueled by her passion for all things well-being. She loves exploring new ways to move, nurture the body and mind, and inspire others to live fully and vibrantly.



What is Barre?
Barre is a low-impact yet challenging workout that blends ballet-inspired movement with functional, movement-based strength training designed to create long, lean muscles without bulk, alongside balance work and deep stretching. By strengthening postural muscles and improving alignment, Barre enhances posture — which naturally leads to greater confidence — while sculpting and strengthening the body, building powerful core stability, and increasing flexibility. You’ll leave each class feeling strong, centred, and uplifted, all without placing stress on your joints.

Nutritional counselling with Niki uses Biosignature Modulation to connect fat distribution to your hormonal health. By targeting "hormone hotspots"—such as the waistline for insulin or the hips for oestrogen—she helps uncover the true cause of weight plateaus. Her method shifts the focus from calorie counting to hormone-balancing foods: healthy fats and clean proteins that stabilise blood sugar and reduce inflammation. Integrated with lifestyle shifts—restorative sleep, stress management, and intentional exercise—this approach helps you achieve your ideal body composition naturally. Ultimately, Niki empowers you to "biohack" your physiology, transforming your metabolism into a high-energy system through the synergy of balanced living and nutritional wisdom.
The initial session is around 90 minutes in length with 30 minute follow-up sessions weekly from 5 to 12 weeks.
